In these trying times, we, as a family-owned business, are striving to bring affordable and quality housing to the Palm Springs area. We understand that moving can be a stressful ordeal, so we have made it simple and easy by offering units that come fully-furnished and with utilities, garbage, and more. We are halfway in between both Palm Springs downtown and El Paseo, right next to the emerging Cathedral City Arts and Entertainment district and the highly anticipated Agua Caliente casino. Cabazon Outlets is also only a short 30 minute drive away.
Our on-site amenities include a fitness center, swimming pool and hot tub, coin laundry, gated perimeter, and on-site parking. We offer a variety of room types suited for singles, couples, and small families. Since we are also an extended stay, we have a variety of flexible term options.
